US trade court affirms circumvention determination for Chinese OCTGs

The US Court of International Trade has affirmed the Department of Commerce’s determination that certain welded oil country tubular goods (OCTGs), which were completed in Brunei or the Philippines, are circumventing the antidumping and antisubsidy duties on Chinese OCTGs.
