US Supreme Court won't review Section 230 case that poked new hole in legal shield

The Supreme Court won’t review a decision that has the potential to reshape the judicial status quo over a law granting online services broad immunity from lawsuits.
Justices today rejected a petition from cybersecurity firm Malwarebytes in a case stemming from the company’s classification of a rival’s products as nuisance applications.
