US solicitor general asked by Supreme Court to weigh in on social media law cases

The US Supreme Court today asked Solicitor General Elizabeth Barchas Prelogar for the government's views on multiple lawsuits challenging social media laws implemented by Florida and Texas.
As part of the Department of Justice, Prelogar’s office is expected to make a recommendation on whether the court should hear the cases.
