US judge sets Oct. 2 trial date for former Cognizant executives

US District Judge Kevin McNulty set a trial date of Oct. 2 in the foreign bribery case of two former executives of Cognizant Technologies.
Gordon Coburn and Steven Schwartz, Cognizant’s former president and chief legal officer, respectively, are charged with violating the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act over their authorization
