The US Federal Trade Commission’s efforts to revive a stagnant antitrust enforcement tool forbidding price discrimination and illegal kickbacks is nearing an inflection point as the agency prepares to move forward with enforcement actions “in short order,” FTC Chair Lina Khan said today.
