US FTC preparing for enforcement in post-restitution world

The US Federal Trade Commission is preparing for the possible loss of its ability to seek disgorgement and restitution in federal court by looking to other authorities for enforcement, including stepped-up rulemaking and lawsuits based on administrative precedent, top agency officials said today.
