US DOJ secures criminal guilty plea in Section 2 monopolization case

The US Department of Justice has secured a guilty plea for criminal attempted monopolization from a Montana paving and asphalt contractor – the first such case to be successfully litigated by the DOJ's antitrust division in decades.
