US Commerce must reduce antisubsidy rate for PTFE resin from India, recalculate alleged land subsidies, CIT says

The US Court of International Trade ordered the Commerce Department to recalculate its antisubidy duty rate for Indian polytetrafluoroethylene, or PTFE, resin in a remand order issued yesterday.
