US Commerce must reconsider antidumping duty calculations for Spanish wind towers, trade court says

The US Court of International Trade has ordered the Commerce Department to reconsider antidumping rates assigned to utility scale wind towers imported from Spain, according to a court opinion released yesterday.
The ruling by CIT Judge Timothy C. Stanceu said Commerce unlawfully rejected Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, a Spanish exporter,
