US Commerce must explain rejection of suggested market distortion adjustments, trade court says

The US Court of International Trade has ordered the Commerce Department to explain why it rejected alternative pathways to make market-distortion adjustments for duties on German fluid end blocks, as suggested by plaintiff Ellwood City, according to an opinion today by CIT Judge Stephen Alexander Vaden.
