US Commerce finding that Korean steel producers didn't receive subsidized electricity affirmed by appeals court

The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has affirmed Commerce Department remand results finding that the government-run Korean Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO) didn't provide electricity to South Korean steel producers for less than adequate remuneration.
