US Commerce chief raises security, privacy concerns over EU’s Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act

US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo today doubled down on the US government’s concerns over a pair of major European Union digital proposals moving through the legislative process that would rein in some of Big Tech’s online activities. 

We have "serious concerns" that the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA)
