US botched Dillinger France’s steel dumping determination, federal circuit court says

The US dumping margin for Dillinger France’s steel plate imports must be recalculated because the Commerce Department didn’t rely on the company’s actual production costs as required by statute, the federal circuit ruled today.

The decision overturns the Court of International Trade’s 2017 decision affirming Commerce results that yielded a 6.15 percent antidumping
