UPS shouldn’t get damages for faulty TNT merger veto, EU court says

United Parcel Service shouldn't be awarded damages after the European Commission unfairly blocked its acquisition of TNT Express, EU judges ruled today.

In a judgment (see here), the General Court said it had dismissed UPS's action for damages because the company failed to show that an infringement of its procedural right
