Unity, IronSource receive warning letter from US FTC as antitrust waiting period expires

The US antitrust waiting period for Unity’s proposed acquisition of IronSource expired Monday, with the parties receiving a warning letter from the US Federal Trade Commission, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
