Unilever wins EU court backing in appeal against EUR60 million Italian antitrust fine

Unilever has won the clear backing of the EU's top court in a dispute over whether Italian antitrust enforcers ought to have addressed its economic defense before imposing a fine of 60 million euros (around $65 million).
