UK phaseout of Russian oil imports signals move to self-reliance, business minister says

UK businesses should prepare for the country's ban on Russian oil imports by starting to seek alternative sources of supply, energy minister Kwasi Kwarteng said today, signaling a pivot towards domestic production.
