UK mass claim over car-shipping cartel needs expert witness 'hot-tubbing' at trial, judge says

MOL and other litigants targeted in a UK mass damages claim over a car-shipping cartel should expect expert witnesses to give evidence at trial at the same time and in each other’s presence, a UK judge said today.
