UK fraud office denied permission to appeal ENRC liability ruling (update*)

The UK’s Serious Fraud Office has been denied permission to appeal a UK court ruling over its conduct in investigating Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation. This refusal could find the agency liable to pay the miner hundreds of millions of pounds in damages.
