UK data regulator to advise in US GDPR extraterritoriality court case

The UK data protection authority will intervene in a landmark case about the international application of the General Data Protection Regulation, a spokesperson for the authority has told MLex.
The Information Commissioner’s Office has received permission to intervene in a dispute between British-Israeli businessman Walter Soriano and investigative journalism publication
