UK Covid insurance case to be heard at Supreme Court in mid-November

Insurers will hear a final decision as to whether their business-interruption policies should pay out for pandemic-related losses by the middle of this month, as a date has been confirmed for an appeal at the UK’s highest court. 

The appeal will be heard from Nov. 16 and is expected to last
