UK automotive industry 'optimistic' for EU deal on post-Brexit rules of origin

The UK automotive industry remains cautious not to price in any deal with the EU on rules of origin in its planning but remains quietly confident that one can be achieved this year, the head of the country's core carmakers' lobby group said today.
