UEFA cleared to intervene in EU court battle over ‘homegrown’ football talent

The Union of European Football Associations will defend its rules obliging European teams to have homegrown players at EU’s Court of Justice after a Belgian court has agreed to allow it to intervene in the case, MLex has learned.
