Uber, other ride-hails face broader data requests on sexual violence after California settlement

Ride-hailing platform Uber Technologies and other transportation network companies will be required to provide data related to sexual harassment and assault that were previously held back, following a $9 million settlement between Uber and California’s public utilities regulator in resolving disputes over access to data.
