Turnitin's move on Ouriginal unopposed in Australia, despite initial competition concerns

Anti-plagiarism software provider Turnitin’s acquisition of rival Ouriginal can proceed in Australia, after the country’s competition regulator said that, despite its initial concerns, it had concluded that the deal wouldn’t substantially lessen competition.
