Turkish steel sheets and coils face EU circumvention duties of 17.3 percent

EU duties on Indonesian hot-rolled stainless-steel sheets and coils are to be extended to imports from Turkey under a draft proposal seen by MLex.
The European Commission has found that Indonesian producers were dodging the measures by routing EU imports via Turkey — an illegal practice known as circumvention.
