Turkish hot-rolled steel faces EU registration over stockpiling fears

Certain Turkish hot-rolled steel entering the EU will face registration in a bid to avoid possible stockpiling, the European Commission has told the bloc's governments.
The measure will come into effect while officials continue their dumping and subsidy probes into the products.

The requirement will hit hot-rolled flat products
