Trump-era tariff hike on Turkish steel imports validated by Federal Circuit, reversing US trade court decision

Former President Donald Trump’s order to double the 25 percent security tariff on steel imports from Turkey was upheld by the Federal Circuit today, reversing a US trade court decision that many importers have relied on to counter the previous administration’s other tariff actions.
