Truckmakers defeat Colas’s cartel damages claim in French first-instance court

Volvo, Daimler, DAF and other cartelist truckmakers have seen transport infrastructure specialist Colas's damages claim against them for millions of euros rejected by a French court.
The Commercial Court in Lyon said that the French civil engineering company and its subsidiaries had not proved they'd suffered losses as a result
