Trade and technology anchor EU proposal to renew US partnership

Trade and digital technologies are among key policy areas where the EU will seek closer cooperation with the US after President-elect Joe Biden takes office in January, according to a draft of conclusions prepared for an EU leaders' summit next week and seen by MLex.
