Trade court approves US Commerce removal of 'particular market situation,' adverse facts from duty calculations for India pipe

The US Court of International Trade has approved the Commerce Department’s removal of the impact of "particular market situation" (PMS) findings and "adverse facts available" from a 2017-18 administrative review for antidumping duties on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from India.
