To boost Covid-19 contact-tracing efforts, Singapore turns to new standalone device

Singapore is turning to a new and less invasive device to boost the participation in its Covid-19 contact-tracing program, after its highly celebrated smartphone app failed to gain significant traction among the public. 

The new TraceTogether token, set to be distributed later this month, will function the same way the smartphone app does
