TikTok sees UK mass claim on children's data dropped in latest hit for representative actions

TikTok has escaped a mass lawsuit for billions of pounds against it in the UK over children's data processing after the claimant dropped the case.
Former UK children's commissioner Anne Longfield brought the claim in December 2020 as a litigation friend of an anonymous child known only as "SMO." She argued that
