Thyssenkrupp leans on Hutchison-O2 case in asking EU judges to overturn Tata Steel deal veto

Thyssenkrupp told EU judges in Luxembourg today that the European Commission applied “wrongful standards and reached wrong conclusions, not in conformity with its case law and with that of this court” when blocking its joint venture with Tata Steel in 2019.
