TF1 offers to hold separate M6’s advertising business to ease French competition concerns

Groupe TF1’s owner has told the French merger regulator that it would hold its advertising unit separate from Groupe M6 to secure approval for the controversial plan to merge two of the country’s leading TV channels, MLex has learned.
