Texas men acquitted of criminal wage-fixing charges brought by DOJ over rates for physical therapists

A jury today found two Texas men not guilty of criminal wage-fixing charges brought by the US Department of Justice.
The jury, however, found one of the men guilty of interfering with a 2017 US Federal Trade Commission investigation into his company, while acquitting the other.
