Tesla, Schibsted and others continue to bear heightened Norwegian merger scrutiny

A range of companies across six sectors and including the likes of Tesla, Heidelberg, Verisure and Schibsted face a continued obligation to inform Norway’s competition authority of all merger activity even where regular notification thresholds are not met.
