Ten bookshops, four individuals fined in CADE bid-rigging cartel probe into school materials

Ten bookshops, including Artshop Comércio and Livraria e Papelaria Leal Dantas, and four individuals today were fined a total of 1.58 million reais ($306,214) for taking part in a Brazilian bid-rigging cartel for school materials in Pernambuco state.
