Temasek, Motilal Oswal cleared to acquire shareholding in Bupa’s Indian health insurance JV

Singapore's state-investment arm Temasek Holdings and Indian domestic mutual fund Motilal Oswal have both received merger clearance from India’s competition watchdog to separately acquire a stake in Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company.
Niva Bupa is a joint venture between Indian private equity company True North and the UK-headquartered international healthcare-services
