Telegram tells Brazil's CADE it didn't engage in anticompetitive conduct concerning draft bill on digital content moderation

Telegram has told the Brazilian competition authority that it did not use its platform to carry out a campaign against a draft bill on digital content moderation, but acted "to express the company's opinion on a topic that may impact" its business and users.
