Telecom giants in Phones4U claim can't argue away need for expert evidence, UK judge told

Administrators of Phones4U told a UK judge today that expert evidence on market and economic issues is essential in its UK lawsuit over alleged anticompetitive collusion by Vodafone, Telefónica, Deutsche Telekom and other telecom operators, and their objections to it should be overruled.
