Telecom firms Telefônica, Claro, TIM negotiating remedies for OI purchase in Brazil

Telecom firms Telefônica Brasil, Claro and TIM are negotiating remedies with the Brazilian competition authority to obtain approval for their planned purchase of rival OI, MLex has learned.
