Tech lobby blasts EU's Article 22 move as part of routine Illumina-Grail feedback

The Computer & Communications Industry Association has seized on a routine request for comments in the EU review of the Illumina-Grail deal to condemn what it calls the European Commission's rewriting of merger-control rules to “target start-up and scale-up investments in Europe,” MLex has learned.
