Taching followed Shell's prices in supplying diesel to Meyer in cartel lawsuit, Hong Kong judge hears

Taching Petroleum and Shell Hong Kong allegedly entered into an anticompetitive agreement in which Taching would follow Shell’s price changes in supplying diesel to Meyer Aluminium, a Hong Kong court heard on the last day of a combined trial of two lawsuits involving the three companies.
