Suit accusing Comcast of tying, refusal to deal revived by Seventh Circuit

Viamedia’s antitrust suit against Comcast was revived by the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit today. The majority of a three-judge panel found that Viamedia had provided sufficient evidence to support its tying claims against Comcast and that it had adequately stated a refusal-to-deal claim.
