States suing generic drugmakers for price-fixing seek access to DOJ notes from witness interviews in criminal trials

As generic drugmakers continue to defend against civil claims in multi-district litigation accusing them of a virtually industry-wide price-fixing conspiracy, state attorneys general in that MDL are pushing to gain access to notes and other memoranda that federal prosecutors wrote while deposing witnesses in parallel criminal cases accusing Teva Pharmaceuticals and Glenmark
