South Western Trains argues UK fares mass action not ‘strong’ enough to win trial approval

A planned mass lawsuit seeking millions of pounds for an automatically included class of rail commuters over ticket fares isn’t “strong” enough to be certified for a full trial at the UK’s competition tribunal, a UK judge was told today by Stagecoach South Western Trains.
