South Korea's competition regulator building its digital expertise to cope with online economy, top official says

South Korea's competition regulator hired digital-forensics experts and created a special taskforce on information-communications technology to enhance its investigation and analysis capabilities in the face of growing challenges to enforcement in the digital economy, the top South Korean competition official told a conference.
