Sony’s gaming CEO says 'alarm bells' started over Microsoft-Activision deal last August

Sony Interactive Entertainment Chief Executive Jim Ryan told a US court today he wasn't overly concerned about Microsoft’s $69 billion bid for Activision Blizzard until he began to fear Microsoft might pull the blockbuster Call of Duty franchise from PlayStation.
