SmileDirectClub's antitrust case against California Dental Board should be revived by circuit court, US DOJ says

A suit accusing the Dental Board of California and its members of an anticompetitive campaign of harassment against SmileDirectClub should be revived by the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the US Department of Justice said in an amicus brief filed today.
